Module-based transportable welding equipment suitable for service work with high mobility requirements, e.g. Plumbing, construction, refrigeration installation, property and operational maintenance. Welds in steel up to 6 mm material thickness, cuts up to 20 mm as well as solders and heats. Can be ordered with or without 5 liter gas bottles. Even 10 liter gas bottles fit in the cart. The gas cylinders are securely fastened during transport and lifting. The cart is made of powder-coated steel with pneumatic rubber wheels. It has two storage boxes for the equipment. The cart is also approved for lifting. The equipment included meets the requirements according to EN 2503, EN 730-1, EN 559, EN 560, EN 562 and EN ISO 5172. The gas hose for acetylene and oxygen is a twin hose, length 5 m with compression fittings and non-return valves BV-12.
Standard equipment: Regulators for acetylene and oxygen, backstop for acetylene and oxygen, handle X11, gaskets, quick coupling for handle, welding inserts 3 pcs (160, 315, 500 l/h), cutting insert with lever valve, cutting nozzle 2 pc (HA 411-2, HA 411-3), twin hose 5 m, cleaning needle set, gas lighter, welding goggles and fire protection glove.
