Band saw blade M42 HSS
steel

M42 band saw blades with teeth hardened to 69 Rockwell and made from HSS steel with 8% cobalt. Highly elastic back in spring steel alloy with 4% chrome (from height 27 mm). Combined tooth assembly with constant side width. Depending on the number of teeth and development, the sawing characteristic lies in tooth patterns with a positive rake angle of 10° (hook-shaped tooth). Suitable for standard sawing with metal saws. Recommended for plain steel and stainless steel, structural steel, carbon steel, casting and light alloys.
